Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
▶️It's cabbage season
1️⃣Chop 800g of 1 whole cabbage
2️⃣Dissolve 2 coarse salt in 400ml of water, sprinkle it on cabbage, turn it over and cover it.
3️⃣Pickle for 1 hour (turn over after 30 minutes)

▶️Seasoning (measured with rice spoon)
1️⃣1/4 medium size apple (pear), 1/4 medium size onion, 1 clove of ginger garlic, 1 red chili pepper, 5~6 garlic, 1 rice (glutinous rice can be used), 2~3 water grind
2️⃣Mix the ground seasoning with red pepper powder 6, salted shrimp 2.5, salted anchovy 3, plum liquid 1 (sugar, honey substitute)

▶️ Wash cabbage
If the cabbage that has been marinated for 1 hour is bent, wash it twice in cold water and drain the water.
(Because it is not pickled, if you wash it several times, the cabbage will come to life.)

▶️ Seasoning
Add drained cabbage and 10 to 20 chives to the prepared seasoning and mix (you can sprinkle with sesame seeds).
If you like sweet seasoning, add half a teaspoon of sugar.
