If you remember a few years back, Mariachi Garibaldi was at Dodgers Stadium. During Pre-Game, Joe Kelly spoke with Grover from the Mariachi...and asked if he wanted to swap a jacket for a jersey.

Then a few days later, the Dodgers, on their visit to the White House Joe is wearing the Blue Charro!!!
