Ingredients
3-4 eggplant, 250g pork, half green onion, 2 cups rice, slightly reduce in 2 cups water

▶️Recipe
1. Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour, then drain the water with a sieve.
2. Cut eggplant
3. (Medium-low heat) Add finely chopped green onions to the cooking oil in a frying pan and season with green onion oil.
4 Add 1 pork rice wine and stir-fry.
5. Add eggplant and stir-fry until it suffocates
6. (Raise high heat) Add 2 dark soy sauce to the edge of the pan to taste the fire - Turn off the heat when the moisture is almost gone
7. Put soaked rice, roasted eggplant, and water in a pot (medium-high heat) and when it boils
8. Reduce the heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and moxibustion for 10 minutes
9. Serve with seasoning
