A wall comes down from around the White House on a planespotting kind of Monday at DCA.

Pretty quiet Monday in Washington (but not in Kyiv). Biden's out of town and we were all surprised, so much so that I have an unused press credential for this evenings (supposed) launch of Marine One. Oh well. Maybe next time. I did manage to walk around the White House and see the construction fences coming down around West Executive Avenue, the last portion of the fence upgrade at the White House. I then took a trip to Gravelly Point out by Reagan National Airport and just watched the planes land for awhile.
