Sofa Session - New Moon today and we got ourselves ready 20,02,23 Sho and me

We decided to have a lift the mood sing song before our New Moon meditation - it is in Pisces and i am a fish and so i am feeling the vibes - are they good ? i guess it depends and we decided we make it as high as we manage.
The actual meditation is not recorded...because... we were in it....Innit ?

Spring is on its way and that can only be good - keep the faith

shona and heike - another sofa session ! It has been a while and our voices are a bit faint but as we sang with the group too...we are there )
