This is a 535 cid Pontiac engine we built for Greg Reiser and his '68 GTO. The engine is based off a MR-1A aluminum aftermarket Pontiac block. A Scat 4.5" crank and GRP aluminum rod combo was used on the bottom end along with a set of Ross 4.350 forged pistons. A Tin Indian Performance custom ground Comp Cams solid roller was also used with Crower solid roller lifters. The engine is topped off with 365 cfm KRE High Port heads and Victor intake. We also used a 1" HVH spacer with the custom configured 1200 cfm Pro System Dominator carb. The combo pulled a solid 15" of vac at though the pull with our Evac System that used a Moroso 3 vane pump! This ROWDY combo made 859.6 horsepower at @ 6600 rpm and 771.4 ft lbs of torque @ 5200 rpm. Should be a fun ride in Greg's '68 GTO!
