The Federal Reserve releases their Official Report on ₿itcoin 🏦📝💰

In a nutshell, it found that ₿itcoin was basically unaffected by inflation and interest rates, and price fluctuations were much more affected by things going on in the crypto world. ₿itcoin was also unresponsive to economic news, good or bad. 🤔

The Fed's report found these notable informational tidbits:
₿itcoin's Average Annualized Return since 2012 was 270% (or 3x per year ⬆️).
Average Annualized Return of the S&P 500 was just 11%.
Gold and Silver remained flat, with no gains relative to the inflation rate (there goes the myth that Gold & Silver are a hedge against inflation). 🤷‍♂️

The report also found that ₿itcoin's market cap grew from $1B in 2013 to over $1T in 2020 (more than a 1000x increase).

The report also found that ₿itcoin was more volatile than any other asset (no surprises there), losing an average of 31% during crashes 📉, yet rising an average of 81% during pumps 📈.

They also found that Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies may pose a serious risk to the future of banks and baking institutions. ✊
