Convention of States Dirty Tactics in South Dakota

Evan Mulch confronts Mark Meckler, the President of The Convention of States Project, for "kavanaughing" South Dakota State Representative David Johnson. Mark Meckler offered no apology after I spoke nor did he even talk about the robocall that his organization funded. During my speech I incorrectly said that the state of South Carolina voted against the Convention of States bill. I meant to say South Dakota. ~ Evan Mulch, Feb. 21st. 2020
