Extremely good example of customer service: Brother Label maker phone support by Ms. Melody
I gave this customer service person an extremely detailed description of my problem.
She did not know the answer & she asked for 3 minutes to find it.
She got back on our call; summarized my problem; told me who in the company would have to answer my problem; apologized for today being President's Day and after closing time for higher corporate level employees; she then finished by giving me a detailed scenario of when and how my question would be answered.
Ms. Melody is by far better than or at perhaps equal to Fujitsu laptop support that previously set the standard for the best customer service in the world.
Thank you Brother/ Seiko your reputation lives on with at least one of your global support staff.
Thank you Ms. Melody for lowering my blood pressure and elevating my hope for humanity.
