Drs. Stephen Simpson & David Raubenheimer discuss how diets that humans evolved to eat compare to other animals, and whether there is an optimal human diet, in terms of macronutrient composition, for things like longevity, body weight, or reproductive success. The discussion is based on their book, "Eat Like the Animals: What Nature Teaches Us About the Science of Healthy Eating."
