5 exercises in the gym that are very effective for increasing chest muscles. This exercise can be done by both men and women. You can do this exercise at least 3 times a week.
Tips from Vania for those of you who are beginners, don't push yourself straight away, look for weights and exercises according to the capabilities of each of your bodies. Don't forget to warm up and cool down so you don't get injured.
If your body hurts after the gym, you can rest for 2 days and then you have to train again because if it hurts it means it's good to hit your muscles and the exercise is correct. If you rest too long the exercise will not be effective.
But the most important thing is that you have to practice consistently so that the results can be maximized.
