Blueberry Protein Smoothie For Weightloss!
This healthy blueberry protein smoothie recipe uses wholesome ingredients and contains 27g of protein and just 267kcal in just 1 serving. This anti-inflammation smoothie is tasty and will quickly become your favorite smoothie for post workout or pre workout drink.
How to make this Blueberry Protein Smoothie:
-Get a blender ready
-Pour 200ml of almond milk
-100g of frozen blueberries
-1teaspoon of vanilla extract
-1/4teaspoon of turmeric (optional)
-1tbsp flaxseeds
-1 scoop of whey protein
-Blend everything for 1minute
-Serve and enjoy this blueberry smoothie recipe with your meal or as a meal replacement!
If you don't want it to be cold, you can use fresh blueberries instead of frozen. If you don't like almond milk, replace it with your low calorie milk of choice.
