The Times Calls for Rationing and They'll Use CBDC's to do it!

An article in the Times today advocates the use of rationing in the UK in order to combat global warmings. Chief propaganda correspondent, I mean "science reporter" Kaya Burgess is drawing attention to a report by researchers at Leeds that calls on the government to first create scarcity of things like food, fuel, travel, and even clothing, and then to implement rationing to address the artificial scarcity. As it happens, the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is the perfect tool for the job.
