• Rev 4:4 The identity of the 24 Elders is not as important as their ministry. We can be certain of their ministry, for as the Book of Revelation progresses, we'll see what these elders do in heaven. They don't have board meetings. They don't run programs. They don't pursue higher office. What do they do? Here we see them sitting in God's presence. In the next chapter, they seek out John, saying, "Weep not. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah has prevailed." Later, we see an elder ask John questions to spark spiritual discussion and to provide information and enlightenment. We'll also see the elders singing a new song. So, too, if we want to be elders, ministers, or servants here on earth, we must be those who sit in God's presence, those who seek out people who are hurting and point them to the Lord. We must be those who share truth; and those who sing a new song of something God is doing today, in this hour.

• Rev 4:5 When you see lightning and hear thunder, you know a storm is coming. Keep in mind that John is addressing people going through terrible times and dark days. "Why doesn't God do something?" they must have wondered. "You can't hear it yet," John would answer, "but a storm is coming—through which God will pour out justice upon the earth."

• Rev 4:6-7 Just as the Holy Spirit is seen symbolically in the seven lighted lamps, so the "four living beings" represent the attributes (the qualities and character) of God. These creatures were not real animals. Like the cherubim (the highest order of the angels), they guard God's throne, lead others in worship, and proclaim God's holiness. God's attributes symbolized in the animal-like appearance of these four creatures are majesty and power (the lion), faithfulness (the ox), intelligence (the human), and sovereignty (the eagle). The Old Testament prophet Ezekiel saw four similar creatures in one of his visions (Eze_1:5-10).

Personal Supplication
Father, in the name of Jesus, help me stand in awe of You - in worship and adoration all the days of my life. Ps 99:9
9 Exalt the Lord our God, And worship at his holy hill; For the Lord our God is holy.

Daily Covenant Favor Declaration
I decree in the name of Jesus, from this moment forward, I see myself the way God sees me. I am highly favoured of the Lord. I am crowned with glory and honour. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
I am reigning as a king in life through the one man Jesus Christ the messiah. Now in Jesus name, I declare by faith that I walk in divine favour, I have preferential treatment, supernatural increase. I have restoration, I have prominence, I have petitions granted, laws changed, policies and rules changed, and battles won, which I do not have to fight all because of favour. The blessing and favour of God is on my life. In Jesus name, every morning, when I arise, I would speak and expect divine favour to go before me and surround me as with a shield, with goodwill and pleasures forevermore.

Doors are now open for me that men said are impossible to open. No obstacles can stop me, no hindrances can delay me. In Jesus name, I am honoured by my Father, as I receive genuine favour that comes directly from God. I am special to Him, I am the object of His affection, I am the apple of His eyes, I am blessed and highly favoured of the Lord. Everyone and everything shall work to favour me. Angels Goodness and Mercy shall accompany me in all my ways. It is written with long life will God satisfy me and show me his salvation. Therefore, I declare that I shall not die but live to declare the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I declare over me and my household today that the yoke and burden of death over us is broken. So shall it be for me and my household today in Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen!
