Work on the Q3 Charge Accelerator pulse motor section continues. Read the full article here: http://www.thedoityourselfworld.com/articles/article.php?id=11406

I finished assembling the electronics section of the pulse motor which holds the bridge rectifiers and the solid state relays.

Then I finished soldering the wires on the second stator half of the pulse motor.

While soldering I also used heat shrink tubing to protect the exposed wire ends and solder joints. I used the heat from my soldering iron to shrink the tubing carefully.

After soldering I wiped all the parts with a micro fiber cloth to remove any dirt and fingerprints.

Next I put the shaft back into the motor half and assembled the magnet timing wheels.

I also put the framing bolts together and slipped a stator half onto the frame.

The pulse motor section of the Quanta Magnetics Q3 charge accelerator is starting to look very good now.
