This hillside complex was built in cooperation with the recreation area Spaarnwoude in the period from 1977 to 1993 by the Office Planning and Land Management , the Province of North Holland , Environmental and Water Services.

In total, about 9 million cubic meters of waste was processed. This waste, mainly construction and demolition waste and industrial waste are compacted to approximately 4.5 million cubic meters through a compactor as set displayed here. Work on the site was carried out on behalf of the province by Regin Environment Promotion BV

Dit heuvelcomplex is in samenwerking met het recreatieschap Spaarnwoude aangelegd in de periode van 1977 tot 1993 door het bureau Inrichting en Beheer Terreinen de Provincie Noord Holland, dienst Milieu en Water.

In totaal is ca. 9 miljoen m3 aan afvalstoffen verwerkt. Deze afvalstoffen, voornamelijk bouw- en sloopafval en bedrijfsafvalstoffen, zijn verdicht tot ongeveer 4.5 miljoen m3 door middel van een compactor zoals hier is opgesteld. De werkzaamheden op de stortplaats zijn in opdracht van de provincie verricht door Regin Milieubevordering BV
