New videos have emerged of prisoner recruitment in Russian colonies by Wagner PMC handler Prigozhin personally.

He stated that Wagner is "a paramilitary PMC with tanks and planes" and is still outside the law in Russia. They have their own code, which "differs from the laws of the Russian Federation".

He named the criteria for "candidates":

"Preferably one who has served 15 or more, preferably ahead of 15 or more, preferably more than once for murder, grievous bodily harm, robbery".

Also, he said, it is desirable that the candidate has previously "fucked up the administration or cops.

According to him, PMCs need "criminal talent.

"I myself served ten years in prison before becoming a hero of Russia. I have a small number of talents, they help me in life, I am sure you have more," he said.

At the same time, he said that the PMC "does not take the down-trodden".

"It is clear that among the downtrodden there are those who want to go to war. A specially trained colonel will come after them, who is now creating a separate red-letter rooster division," Prigozhin said.

Prigozhin named the "three sins" for which the PMCs are shot. These are desertion, alcohol/drugs, and looting.

In the course of the war, Prigozhin said: "We decided that the Ukrops will get scared, but the Ukrops are just like you and me. They have the same iron balls."

Exactly when the video was made is unknown.

In early February, Prigozhin said that he was no longer recruiting prisoners for the Wagner PMC.
