💡African Woman Realizes the Melanated Americans Plight 💫
We must have these conversations w/ the NONFBA Melanated people in order for them to begin to understand what we are fighting & why we are fighting the Colonizer. We are so disconnected w/in our cultures & the societies that we grew up in, that one would just assume that the Melanated Man/WombMan are just ungrateful spoiled complainers until they come to the realization that what our people have endured & continue to endure is beyond them & that is because they’ve not endured oppression on our level.
See, most of the Africans Colonizers do not live amongst Africans for them to encounter the issues we have. Their colonizers come in, take their resources & leave them w/ dust. They don’t face the daily in-your-face oppression bcz they don’t see how their oppressors are living to even begin to know that they are being oppressed.
I’m glad this type of conversation is occurring & hope to see more of it. Not only amongst our African cousins, but w/ all the immigrants that set foot upon our ancestors soil. Ase’
