Third Attempt

On Feb. 1, 2023, about six armed Sheriff’s deputies showed up at our house from unmarked cars in order to kidnap our children for allegedly not signing up for homeschool. As one deputy got up on the front door to look into the windows, the others circled our house to peer into other windows and to ensure there were no avenues of escape for us around our house. One talked about how they could not force entry into our house unless they detected human movement. They were armed and wearing battle gear. They were there for a confrontation because my husband, (Andrew) who is a veteran, would not just hand over our kids to these kidnappers, so we believe now that they were prepared to arrest my husband. They came back again Feb. 2 and 3. On Feb. 3 they talked about accessing ring camera footage. Later that night, the ring cam went offline.
I, (Andrea), am a pro-freedom supporter of Constitutionally-protected rights, homeschool mom (married to my veteran husband who served this country in the Marine Corps after Sept. 11, 2001), being terrorized by Sheriff’s deputies, CPS, and the Douglas county attorney’s office. They are attempting to kidnap our children to place in foster care, as retaliation for a federal lawsuit that I filed against Douglas county, Nebraska. DCSO has posted a false report of our children as “missing” on the Nebraska State Troopers website. They are not missing and our children are safe. This is just another action of the unlawful tactics that the public servants of Douglas county are trying to impose on peaceful, Christ-following people.
I have been very active in the freedom movement (beginning with speaking out on forced masking and then the schools implementing their s-e-x ed. grooming) to the point of eventually filing a federal lawsuit against Douglas county, et. al. in Oct. 2022. For some years now, we have been doing learning at home and with Christian homeschool group(s) and there was never a problem.
Around Dec. 29, 2022, a motion was filed in my federal case for the Douglas county attorney’s office to show proof of authority to be representing the county in the case. A few days later, Holly Stokes, (a CPS worker for DHHS), showed up at our house. I believe the two events are more than a coincidence. We are being terrorized to the point of being scared of living in our own home. We were anxious and terrified about sharing this but we realize that we have to due to how quickly they have escalated. We did not receive any letter, and not once did they try to contact my husband.
I believe that these public servants are intent on stealing our children and harming them, and harming us, in order to gain some type of leverage over me in this federal lawsuit. Daniel Gubler, acting attorney for Douglas county, (under Donald W. Kleine’s supervision,) has no verified complaint with firsthand knowledge of any harm to our children, which is required in order to bring this alleged case and for proper due process. All Daniel has is a bunch of hearsay and lies created by Holly, who we have never met and who has no firsthand knowledge about anything concerning our children. Holly has been stalking and slandering us to several neighbors. Holly has made up several lies and false allegations in her (hearsay) affidavit, which is inadmissible as evidence. Holly has revealed that the county attorney is “very concerned” about the (alleged) non-registration of homeschool. Holly has labeled us with a derogatory term, similar to “domestic terrorist” when talking with our family member. Not one court paper from the administrative Juvenile quasi-court has been served. No due process is being followed. These public servants involved are breaking the law. They are not above the law.
Please share this post. We need your help to prevent them from harming our children. We are in fear for our children’s lives. We want public servants to obey and uphold the law. We are praying to Almighty God for peace and safety over our children and us. If it can happen to us, it can happen to another mom or dad who stands up for their God-given, Constitutionally-protected rights. This is supposed to be America, where rights are protected for all people and for the rule of law to be upheld.
