VALIUM - Beware of long term use of Benzodiazepines PLEASE!

PLEASE hear my warning all, from someone who’s been on Valium (this time) for 10 years, coming off it is a MILLION times harder than going cold turkey off opioids - and I know as I came off 200mg morphine cold turkey. That was easy compared to this. So PLEASE find a better was to manage your anxiety guys. A pill is not the answer. Trust me, I know! I am the cautionary tale.
