*** Please note that I have written the expected questions as a TIP.

The combination of potatoes and cheese is really good.
The outside is wrapped in a tortilla so it's crispy and delicious.
Great for breakfast or a snack.

[For 10 pieces]
✤ Mashed potatoes
-360 g potatoes (2 medium-sized)
- 8 g Parmesan
-Black pepper
- Sauteed onion

✤ Sauteed onion
- 140 g of onion
- 10 g of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil (rice spoon)
-2 pinches of salt
- 3 g of chili pepper powder (0.5 teaspoon/tablespoon of rice)
-4g curry (0.7 spoon/tablespoon of rice)
-2 tablespoons of water (rice spoon)

✤ Subfolders
- Tortilla 6 inches, 10 sheets (15 cm)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Sriracha sauce or hot sauce
- Tomato sauce for pizza

✤ TIP
-Potatoes are the weight measured when they are raw potatoes.
-If you don't have parmesan, substitute salt. (1 teaspoon)
-If you don't have tomato sauce, you can replace it with ketchup.
-If you are making this for kids, you can leave out the red pepper powder.
-I put red pepper powder and Sriracha sauce but it's not very spicy.
- It is also excellent if you add canned corn to the mashed potatoes.
