Fried Potatoes and Cheese Sauce :: How to Make Crispy French Fries

*** Please note that I have written the expected questions as a TIP.

If you cut the potatoes coarsely, they will be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside like wedges.
If you slice it as thin as a franchise potato, it will stay a bit crispier
It's delicious just eating the fries, but try it better with the cheese sauce.
Cheese sauce can be used as nacho sauce.

✤ Cooking ingredients
- 720 g of potatoes (2 large)
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt (rice spoon)
-2 tbsp cornstarch (rice/potato starch also available)

✤ Cheese sauce
- 20 g of unsalted butter
-0.5 spoon of flour (rice spoon)
-1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce (can be replaced with hot sauce and red pepper powder)
- 120 ml of milk
- 108 g of cheddar cheese

✤ decorations
-Parsley
- Chili powder

✤ TIP
-You can only make cheese sauce with milk and cheddar cheese.
-If you are eating without cheese sauce, you can mix chili powder, cumin powder and salt and sprinkle on the potatoes.
-You can fry immediately without boiling, but you need to fry for 10 minutes or more to cook.
