Vanilla sugar, 150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
70 g cornstarch (4 tablespoons)
500 ml milk (2 + 1/3 cup)

100 ml water (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons), 100 ml milk (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons)
a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar
80 g butter (4 tablespoons)
Heat until the butter melts
120 g flour (1 cup)
Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
Let the dough cool for ~ 3 minutes
3-4 eggs (depending on size)
Gradually mix the eggs into the dough
the dough should hang from the spatula in one corner
Circle diameter 18 cm (7 inches)
Profiteroles can be made from the rest of the dough
brush with the rest of the egg
Sprinkle with slivered almonds
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°С / 355°F
Allow to cool slightly
160 g room temperature butter (8 tablespoons)
Beat until frothy
Gradually add room temperature vanilla pudding

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
