Another Day in East LA

Believe it or not East LA is generally cleaner and less crime ridden than Los Angeles proper. But now and then you get something like this. I appreciate how the locals are coming together to help put the fire out themselves. I had no business being there so I just drove through. Rubbernecker, I know.
