64 day cold plunge challenge. Day 5 of 64.

Today I completed Day 5 of your 64-day cold plunge challenge! On this particular day, the air temperature was a chilly 39 degrees and the water temperature was an even colder 25 degrees. Despite the frigid temperatures, I was determined to stay in the tank for three minutes. However, upon getting in, I realized I had forgotten to set the timer, so I decided to count my breaths instead.

As I focused on my breathing and counting, the intense cold began to take its toll. My fingers and toes became numb, a common sensation when exposed to cold temperatures for an extended period. Despite this discomfort, I persevered and continued to count my  breaths.

When I finally thought I had reached three minutes, I climbed out of the tank and checked the camera, only to discover that I had far exceeded my goal. I had lasted an impressive 5 minutes and 54 seconds in the icy water, setting a new record for myself.
