China's Non-Apology to Blinken For Balloon Violating US Airspace,

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told China's top diplomat Wang Yi that the violation of American airspace by a Chinese balloon must not happen again. He also said the U.S. did not overreact in shooting it down and it was attempting to do active surveillance.
