Catch MORE Crappie with these 3 easy fishing Techniques (Spring Fishing)

The first technique is casting a small jig and plastic over weed edges for crappie. The jig is tied on using a loop knot, which is very simple to tie. The second techniques catches thousands of crappie every year for many anglers and that technique is a minnow and bobber (float). Crappie cannot resist live minnows especially suspended under a fixed or slip bobber (float). The third technique is casting shallow search lures like a crankbait or jerkbait. The jerkbait used in this video is a Eurotackle Z-spender, it dives 1-2feet below the surface and triggers a reaction bite.
