1. Add 1 salt to the trimmed mackerel water and wash it once more.
2. Sprinkle a little salt on the front and back of the mackerel and rice wine in moderation.
3. Cut vegetables (radish, half onion, half green onion, 3 Cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper) thickly
4.In a pot, add radish, anchovy broth (rice water) 600-700ml, and a spoonful of seasoning and bring to a boil.
5. When it boils, add mackerel, seasoning sauce, and onion
6. Close the lid and boil for 15 minutes over medium heat.
7. Open the lid, add green onion and red pepper, and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
8. If there is a lot of soup, you can boil it down a little more over high heat at the end.
9. If it's salty, put honey (starch syrup) on it, and if it's bland, add fish sauce.
