Charlie Chaplin saves Scraps from a wild pack of dogs - From "A Dog's Life"

Charlie Chaplin's classic film "The Kid" is a heartwarming story about an orphaned child and his tramp guardian, played by Charlie. At one point in the film, Chaplin’s character saves little Scraps from being pulled onto a street-sweeper wagon. Scraps, who is anything but scrap herself, had unknowingly wandered onto the man-made vehicle and was nearly pulled away.
