Kamala Harris claims Russia is guilty of “crimes against humanity”. But neither the USA nor Russia are signatories to the International Criminal Court — the only internationally-recognised court with jurisdiction to try such crimes (as well as war crimes and genocide).

When will “Cackling Kamala” lobby to see Ukraine in the dock for mercilessly and ruthlessly bombing (since 2014) ethnic Russians in the Donbas?!
