It almost amazes me how bad NASCAR is when it comes to races when there is weather and rain in the area. They did it once again last night in the Craftsman Truck Series opening NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona. I unload on exactly why I'm pissed off about it and their inability to make good decisions in these situations. No matter how many times they're in them.
