Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies | Daily recipes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.

3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

7. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded balls of dough
