1. Blanch 1 tofu (300g) in boiling water for 30 seconds, then soak in cold water.
2 Squeeze out the water on the cotton cloth
3. Bake two sheets of seaweed and break them
4Fry 100g of minced beef in a pan.
5. Add tofu, meat, seaweed, 2 dark soy sauce, 1/2 sugar, 1 minced garlic, 1 sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix.
6. Add soy sauce if bland
