Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

5.Stir in the chocolate chips.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.

7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

8. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
