Train with hazardous materials derails near Detroit- One train car's WHEELS CAME OFF!!

Look at the 22 second mark of this video and look at all the wheels that came off that 1 Train car. Does that look like poor maintenance or sabotage? Apparently only 1 of these train cars has hazardous material so I have to wonder if the hazardous material train car is the one that had its wheels come off?
It is hard to keep up to all these train derailments happening in the past few weeks. We are under attack.

A freight train carrying hazardous materials derailed near Detroit, sending several train cars off the tracks. The derailment left the tracks damaged and the wheels disconnected from some rail cars, but police said there were no injuries and no evidence that hazardous materials were exposed in the derailment. Local TV reported that only one car in the train was carrying hazardous materials.
