For Black History Month 2023, the Kern County Library brought back its Black Film Festival, showcasing the creativity and vision of Black filmmakers. 23ABC's Dominique LaVigne visited Beale Memorial Library in Bakersfield to find out why the film festival is so important to the Kern community.
