Total Breakdown Technology (TBT) is TiON’s technology that allows the user to disassemble all of our titanium suppressors down to the individual part!

In the design process of our first suppressor, the Minuteman, it became clear that cleaning and servicing suppressors was almost impossible unless they could be fully disassembled. The success of TBT in the Minuteman was so great that we’ve designed every suppressor since then to also completely disassemble, and without the need for special tools.

This video describes the process and value of Total Breakdown Technology, as well as showing it applied to a Grenadier Titanium Suppressor.
