Raw Footage KY Flooding Vehicles Stranded

Feb. 16th 2023 Heavy rain fell throughout the day and night Monday causing Flash flooding in several counties in Eastern, KY. Video is shot in Morgan, Wolf and Magoffin Counties. Many of these communities are among those hit hard last summer during the 1000 year flood. The Magoffin County Rescue Squad worked all day and night to get folks out of flooded vehicles and even conducted animal rescues.
