Footage from the debate and passage of SB199, a bill that holds medical officials who perform gender mutilation on children accountable.

"Reverend" Marie Maynard O'Connell Little Rock 2nd Presbyterian seems to want any mental illness to be labeled "gender dysphoria". Later, the Interim Director of Adult Education at 2nd Presbyterian Church in Pleasant Valley stated, "at what age can a child choose Christ" in defending the concept of when a child can "choose" to mutilate themselves.

LGBTQ activist blame any speech or action against them as a reason for people regretting changing genders instead of the act of transitioning itself.

Another tactic used during this debate was to claim all decisions regarding transgender medical operations should be left up to the same medical "community" that lied about COVID-19, and earlier waste in the Obamacare Private Option system.

Several members of the LGBTQIA "community" spoke against the bill. The bill passed out of committee by voice vote and will likely become law in the Republican Supermajority Legislature.
The Arkansas legislature will likely need to defund or nullify the courts who have already ruled against the SAFE Act. The SAFE act banned the indoctrination and mutilation of children in Arkansas.
