The past two decades (at least) it has become known that some nations have learned to use the powers that Haarp can produce. Rumors say that HAARP can be used to make storms, manipulate hurricanes and produce earthquakes. HAARP, in the hands of an evil government or a psychopathic leader could give them unfathomable power. Is it a coincidence that just after Turkey refused to accept Sweden into NATO, a devastating earthquake rocked southeast Turkey and northern Syria? Does the United States Corporation blackmail countries into submission, threatening to destroy any country that doesn’t buy into the official World Economic Forum quest for world dominance?
