They talk about the various State Funds including the Common Schools Trust Fund, The North Dakota Legacy Fund, the Foundation Aid Stabilization Aid Fund, the Strategic Investment & Improvement Fund and the Budget Stabilization Fund, they talk about the different funding mechanisms for each fund, why they they were set up, what they are supposed to fund and how much money is in each fund.
