Dr. Paul Alexander speaks to the Constitutional Coalition of New York on Jan. 19, 2023. Alexander was assigned by the Dept of Health and Human Services (under the direction of Michael Caputo, deputy director of Health and Human Services) to offer advice to President Trump on the COV-19 plandemic. Alexander, like Dr. Scott Atlas, was stymied in his effort by deep state operatives Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx. The latter purposefully sabotaged Donald Trump to devise a coherent policy.
