Gemini Oasis Cats: Boys being Boys

This is a short video of a couple of kitties that belong to some family members of mine. I had heard how these boys like to "rough house" with each other. I got the opportunity to see what they do for myself.

Although it is normal for some cats to "rough house" with each other, as their Guardians, you need to make sure this isn't something else. Meaning that they are fighting or that one cat is bullying another. It can start out as "playing" but it can quickly turn into fighting. Our jobs as Guardians is like being a parent... except our toddlers aren't human.....

Now, having typed THAT... it doesn't mean you treat your pets as a human. You need to know how to know how to manage them as whatever animal species they are. This is where we, the Guardians, need to know how to understand their language AND appropriately guide or manage them. I am working on videos that go into more details about this.

Near the end of this video.... you may notice that I do some things to interrupt the boys and redirect their attentions & energy. Can you identify two of them? Do you know WHY I interrupted what they were doing? Let me know in the comments below....
