70 Y/O pred caught trying to solicit a minor

Joseph was caught in Dewitt meijer trying to solicit a minor. Cops come and take his phone and laptop. Later a warrant was issued for his arrest. Joseph’s sentencing date for this crime keeps getting pushed so I’m hoping to have updates on his conviction soon.
