Pre to post partum, and everything in between, We aim to help families create boundaries away from the traditional system and discover a comfortable, empowering, healthy, happy experience, that is so often overlooked in the allopathic systems.

Part 1 features The Doula Goddess, Ms. Nidhi Seth, a traditional birth attendant and herbalist. Nidhi & Kristen discuss the violations that aren't a necessary practice for pregnant woman, while dispelling the stigma of fear during childbirth.
