Star Trek Armada: Final Mission: (Part 2) Glitches in our Favor!

The 20th and final mission of the Star Trek Armada Single Player Campaign!
This is the final assault on the Borg, in the heart of their territory!

I've split this mission into two parts due to its length. At around 47:47 when I fire off the Gemini Effect, a number of my ships glitch out and seem to phase out of existence, including the main hero ships! They still existed, so I didn't fail the mission, but I couldn't use them, nor could they be targeted, hence the title.
