A Day In My Life // High School with a Service Dog

I wake up in the morning to my service dog, who I've had for over a year, jumping onto my bed for tummy scratches. After getting ready for school and eating breakfast, we hit the road together. Throughout the day he sits beneath my desk or quietly lies at my feet while I'm in class and poses no disruption whatsoever- most of my teachers and classmates don't even realize he's there. All good things must come to an end though; during lunchtime we head outside so he can play fetch with me between bites of food. Afterwards it's back indoors until last period rolls around before heading home together again!
