“When leaders insist on changing the rules in the middle of the game it is an indicator they are concerned with losing as the rules are now. They want to create their own distinct advantage. Leaders, persons with influence, be it political, financial, relational represent the greatest threat to freedom as we know it. Honestly though, leaders with influence are also the greatest defenders of our freedoms. I challenge you to be the latter. If rules need to change, be insistent to make that transformation for the better of all not a selfish solution,” J Loren Norris
