Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies
112 grams vegan butter
100 grams organic granulated sugar or a natural sweetener that measures cup for cup
100 grams organic brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
125 grams whole wheat pastry flour (all purpose flour may be substituted)
65 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk of choice (I used almond milk)
100 grams vegan dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar chopped into pieces
