Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait
3 cups plain, nonfat, Greek yogurt
3 to 6 tablespoons of honey, (maple syrup may also be used)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (either natural or dutch)
1/4 cup no sugar added, peanut butter (either chunky or smooth)
1/4 cup semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
